Government Projects
Governmental projects are a staple in our portfolio. As an 8a, EDGE, MBE and DBE certified firm, we have designed Federal, State, City and County projects. Our first contract with the federal government was an ID/IQ with the Dayton, Cincinnati and Chillicothe Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC). Numerous task orders were completed during the contract. We received an additional ID/IQ contract with the Dayton VAMC.
One of our flagship projects is the renovation of the Columbus Public Health facility formally known as the Ohio Blind School. This historical renovation required care and precision due to the age of the facility. As a result of the project, the health department was able to consolidate many of their resources into one building.
Dayton Department of Veteran Affairs – Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center
Complete design services were provided for a new additional chiller and associated appurtenances for a complete operating system with emergency and normal power fees and emergency power to existing chillers 1, 2, 3, and 4 and associated motor control centers and appurtenances at Building #330 chiller plant at the Dayton Veterans Affairs.

Dayton Department of Veteran Affairs – GI Clinic Expansion, Outpatient Pharmacy and Prime Care Clinic
This project requires Dynamix to construct an approximate 17,000 ft² addition to Building 340 for the purpose of expanding the Primary Care Clinic and expanding the Outpatient Pharmacy. The project also requires Dynamix to renovate the Gastroenterology (GI) Clinic areas and adjacent spaces on the first floor of Building 330 in order to expand the GI Clinic operations.

City of Columbus – New Impound Lot and Office Building
The City of Columbus desired a new impound lot and supporting administrative office building to handle the growing needs of the City.

Formerly known as the Old Blind School, this property with historical significance was chosen by Columbus Public Health as the site of its new facility where it could consolidate a number of its offices at one location and have room for anticipated growth.
