Commercial projects have been an essential part of our portfolio since the inception of the firm. We have designed and renovated a vast array of many small and large projects that can be seen throughout the Midwest.
Our commercial portfolio includes office buildings, airport additions and renovations, transit centers, libraries, childhood development centers, fire stations, police impound lots, readiness centers, water treatment plants, convention centers and art complexes.
Each project is customized and designed towards the client’s needs and includes the latest energy efficient systems, sustainable design features and technology.
Central Ohio Transit Authority – New Near East Transit Center
Dynamix Engineering provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for this new 12,000 ft², 2-story facility. The first floor contains approximately 4,000 ft² of lease tenant space; 600 ft² lobby space, 400 ft² for COTA office space and 1,000 ft² for elevator, machine room, restrooms and stairs.

COSI – Labs in Life
COSI’s Labs in Life is a cutting edge laboratory that offers three new adjoining functional physical research laboratories. Researchers from The Ohio State University will use the 300 ft² laboratories to conduct research studies on physical activity, body composition and nutrition.
