Central State University — 2007- 2008 Basic Renovations Project
Central State University desired renovation improvements to several dorms and facilities on campus. The upgrades included HVAC components and controls renovations, elevator recall, retrofits, public water systems upgrades, emergency generator replacement, roof renovations and other interior renovations in multiple buildings on campus.
The project included an assessment, design, engineering and construction administration. An assessment was performed of each work item to determine solutions, remedies and modifications required to meet current Base Building Code, Life Safety Standards and Fire Code requirements.
Construction administration services were provided for the scope of work developed as a result of the assessment and design phase. As the lead firm on this project, Dynamix provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering as well as project management.
